Thanks for reaching out the forums today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue trying to access the thirty solar day free trial of realms on Minecraft. Do you lot have trouble connecting to any other games online? I suggest for y'all to go over our troubleshooting commodity "I tin can't hear my friends online, or I can't join or host a multiplayer game with my Xbox One"
If this is something only being experienced within Minecraft realm check out this following information on Mojang Support:
"If yous are unable to connect to your realm, offset see if we have appear whatever temporary issues with the service on our Twitter account Mojang Status.
If the services seem to exist in club, and you are all the same not able to admission your Realm, please contact back up , depict your issue, and let us know which Minecraft edition you lot are using."

Hey so I'1000 hither with the same issue .I had 3 other friends try to use their gratis 30 24-hour interval Realm trial and none of them could. We are all met with the aforementioned prompt .Would be really prissy to have because we are because playing long term, simply aren't settled on the thought of paying for a Realm. We came to the determination that nosotros would try information technology to see if it's even worth it vs.united states of america just scheduling a time nosotros can all play so that mode we don't have to pay anything. But we can't even practise that. Tin this be fixed?
Edit: Simply to see if information technology would work, I tried purchasing a two-Thespian Realm and that didn't even work. I literally tin can't buy a Realm.

I tin can empathize how not beingness able go a realm started could be frustrating.
This more than likely would be due to the Xbox Live Service outage that our services are currently experiencing. Though our engineers are aware of the situation and currently working on it, there is no expected time of resolution at the moment, although information technology's all-time for you to keep updated at our Xbox Live Condition page.

I am trying to buy a xxx day realm just when i press to simply it a message pops up amd it says somthing went wrong we were unable yo complete your purchase maybe check youe internet connection but my internet is fine i can play online and download things is in that location whatever fixes for this because i desire to start upwards a realm.

As stated before, several of our customers are experiencing similar issues due to the Service Alert.
In the hateful time, currently the only matter that tin can be washed is to wait for the service alert with Minecraft to exist resolved on our end.

After multiple tries, my online friends and I are still recieving the same prompt when attempting to buy either kind of realm on Xbox One: "Unable to connect to Realms and complete your buy at this time. Please attempt again later on." Is this result unrelated? How'southward that service set up going?
