2. Go to <YourUserName> Library > Group Containers

1. Sign out Word.
2. Remove keychain:
a. Open Finder;
b. Click Applications;
c. Select Utilities > Keychain Access and remove the following password entries:
Microsoft Office Identities Cache 2
Microsoft Office Identities Settings ii
